Tours to the Lake District from London
Day trips from London to the Lake District can be made by train. You can join a sightseeing tour in the Lake District from London in less than three hours. We recommend staying overnight but if you are short on time do not let that stop you from visiting the Lake District!

Visiting the Lake District from London in a day means an early start from London Euston to catch the Virgin train to Oxenholme - the Lake District. We meet you off the train and transport you into the Lake District National Park to make the most of your day. At the end of your tour we return you to Oxenholme - the Lake District to catch your return train to London.
All prices include pick up and drop off from Oxenholme station and are available daily except Sunday. Our day trips from London are confirmed for a minimum of two persons - this means you can book well in advance and take advantage of cheaper rail tickets in the knowledge that your tour will not be cancelled due to insufficient numbers.
